Tricholoma terreum  — Tricholomataceae


Small to medium mushroom. Convex cap with umbo when young, aging to broadly bell-shaped, dry, gray, fibrillose with streaks or fine scales when mature, margin woolly. Gills notched, close, short-gills present, grayish sometimes with veil when immature. Stalk equal, bald, whitish. Mycorrhizal.
 
Habitat: Scattered or gregarious, terrestrial, conifers, including Douglas-fir.

Scent: Not distinctive

Spores: White

Season: Autumn
