Small mushroom. Convex cap, becoming planar, white to grayish, smooth, not viscid, margin initially inrolled, expanding. Gills close, decurrent. Stalk whitish, equal or thicker above or below, solid, then hollow. Saprophytic.
 
Habitat:
 Sometimes in rings, scattered or gregarious, grassy areas.

Scent:
Mild

Spores:
White, sometimes creamy
